Do you have a sweet tooth? Then visit the chocolate factory at Gasthof «Wilerhorn» (by the East Entrance). Chocolate lovers are drawn to what's called the «Conche» and its melted mass of thick, warm, sweet-smelling chocolate. A exhibit nearby shows how cocoa beans are turned into the finished product.

Whether dark or milk chocolate, whether with orange, hazelnuts,... our home-made chocolate bars taste like they used to long ago. Just as popular are our sugared almonds and our «Ballenbergerli», made of a delicate praline cream filling on a japonais meringue base, covered in dark and white chocolate. Our products are manufactured professionally and with lifeblood. That tickles the palate of young and old.
