The large site of Switzerland’s only open-air museum can be found between the Hofstetten and Brienzwiler municipalities, above Brienz, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland.
Thanks to its central location, the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum can be reached quickly and easily from all directions.

Parking is available at the West and East entrances.
You can pay for parking in cash on site or electronically using the PayByPhone app. To pay electronically via the app, you will first need to install the PayByPhone app on your mobile phone.
