A lively music programme awaits you at the season opening: And you can enjoy a truly authentic atmosphere thanks to folk music provided by an unpretentious ensemble, with Schwyzerörgeli (Swiss accordions) from Obwalden and the powerful alphorn quartet “Bäärghoore”.

Our Valais winemakers are also back on site, doing the traditional pruning at the Ballenberg vineyard. See how they prepare their vineyard for the upcoming season, ask questions and learn more about the art of viticulture.

The Valais vineyard can be found at the East Entrance, next to the chapel from Turtig/Raron VS (1131). The Ticino vineyard is located in the midst of the dwellings from Cugnasco TI (841). This event is held in cooperation with Swiss Wine Valais.
